Stainless Steel All Purpose/Versatile Scissors (0306)

Believed to have been crafted from repurposed steel obtained from the scrapping of soviet era military equipment left in Lithuania after the occupation.  We are told that these quality scissors were produced at an undisclosed military plant from high quality materials.
