Woven Juosta(Sash) (0451)

The juosta has been a part of Lithuanian culture and tradition for so long that no one can really say when it began. The patterns woven onto these sashes  were especially meaningful as they displayed a unique symbolic language passed down from ancient times.

This Juosta is woven in off-white linen.  It measurers 84"x2".
