Hand crafted Icon decorated with natural Baltic Amber pieces.  It is a version of the icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Aušros vartai, it is also known as Our Lady of the Gate of Dawn, because it was located at the Gate of Dawn, in the Vilnius city wall, in Lithuania. Under different titles, the Blessed Virgin Mary is venerated in every country in different ways and by different Christian confessions.
